October 2018: Production + Fulfillment Update!

Happy Wednesday Everyone! 

I'm happy to report the final two items - the hangover pants + swipe skirts - are due to be in my hands this Friday + Monday. 

So, to answer your burning questions...

When will my items be fulfilled?

We're on standby here in LA to start fulfilling the final pieces to everyone who haven't received them already over the weekend and into next week with the intention to have the shipments sent out via USPS next Tuesday, October 16th. We'll keep you updated as we progress through fulfillment with at the very minimum an email with an update next Tuesday/Wednesday!

How do I track this once it's shipped?

You should be receiving an email through our shipping partner, shipstation, with your tracking number once your items hit the mailstream next week!

I ordered a bestee, present top or jackie individually but haven't received it. What should I do?

If you had ordered a bestee, present top, or jackie individually (ie any order that didn't include a hangover pants  and swipe skirt in it), you should have already received your items. If you haven't, please email me at [email protected] and we'll get you sorted out.

Crap! My address has changed? What do I do?

If your address has changed and you haven't updated me, please email me in the next 24 hours so you get your items sent to the correct address!

I'm excited to get this clothing line into everyone's closet so you can enjoy all of these products you've all been patiently waiting for. We've received good feedback from the items we've sent out so far and are looking forward to seeing how you all rock your items going into this fall + holiday season!

I am so grateful for everyone's patience + understanding as we navigated some difficult circumstances during production so we can make everything correctly for you. I'm sure I'll write more about all this whole ordeal in my book one day but until then, we're almost there! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support, love and encouragement over these past 8/9 months! :)
